FitScribe Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FitScribe mobile application (the “App”), published by Allerton Apps, LLC (“Allerton Apps,” “we,” or “us”). By downloading or using FitScribe you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of FitScribe indicates that you accept these Terms and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

FitScribe is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and the legal age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

FitScribe subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchases. Charges recur automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Free Trials & Intro Offers

Where available, free trials or introductory offers follow Apple’s eligibility rules. If you continue using the App after the trial period, the plan converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

FitScribe provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have underlying health conditions. Stop using the App and seek professional advice if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

6. User Content

You may log workouts, notes, or other content in the App. You retain ownership of this data, but grant us a limited license to process it so we can deliver the features you request.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FitScribe, interfere with other users, or access the App using automated means. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Allerton Apps owns the FitScribe name, logos, software, and content. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App except as allowed under these Terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

FitScribe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Allerton Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FitScribe. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to App & Terms

We may update FitScribe or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
